WARRANTY & SERVICE

Your GRØNE watch is warranted for twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery. The international warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that existed at the time of delivery.

  • We will need to verify the validity of the warranty and assess your eligibility.
  • If approved, we will collect your watch for repair at our cost.
  • We will return your repaired watch to you at our cost.

This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including natural ageing (e.g., discolouration or deterioration of non-metallic straps and chains such as leather, textile, or rubber).
  • Any damage to any part of the watch caused by abnormal or abusive use, neglect, carelessness, or accidents (including knocks, dents, crushing, or broken glass).
  • incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions for use provided by GRØNE
  • The handling of the watch by non-authorised persons

All implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.

Under no circumstances will GRØNE, its manufacturer, agents or retailers be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever.

Sending in your watch under warranty

If your watch is still under warranty, you can submit a warranty claim by emailing info@grone.com. We'll handle all the necessary arrangements for you.

Sending in your watch for service

Every GRØNE is meticulously crafted to the highest quality standards. This ensures that any qualified and certified watchmaker will be able to service or repair your watch.

However, if you'd prefer to have your watch serviced directly by us, we're happy to receive it and provide a quotation for the work. Simply send an email to info@grone.com and we'll guide you through the next steps.
