Returns & Refunds
We strongly recommend that you carefully consider your purchasing decision before finalising your order.
By finalising and paying for your order, you acknowledge and accept that you forfeit the right to cancellations and refunds for any reason, even during the pre-order stage.
As the products on our site are limited-edition and in high demand, this policy helps us to prevent hoarding and fraud. Additionally, please note that cancellations may incur a restocking fee to cover processing costs.
Payment Errors and Security
If you encounter a payment error during checkout, it's often due to security restrictions set by your credit card issuer. To ensure a successful transaction, please verify that your card allows international purchases.
Please note that payment providers implement robust security measures, including OTP verification and address matching. For alternative payment options, consider using Apple Pay or Android Pay. Please note that Apple Pay requires a Safari browser.
Exchanges & Repairs (Warranty)
We would like to inform you that all items are thoroughly inspected by watchmakers before being shipped to your delivery address. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective due to transit, you may be entitled to make a warranty claim within the warranty period.
All warranty claims during its validity will be assessed and would require you to provide evidence of the defect, such as photos and/or videos of the watch and the original packaging prior to returning the timepiece back to us. You will also be asked to take a photo of your warranty card to ensure the details match your original order. From there, we will make the necessary arrangements.
Eligibility for a one-to-one exchange shall be on a case-by-case basis and only after your return is received and inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, a new watch (subject to stock availability) will be shipped to you. If stock is unavailable, we will offer either a replacement of the affected part(s), a repair, or a refund.
Please note that repairs may take time depending on the condition of the watch. If you are concerned about the waiting time, please consider this before sending your watch to the repair center.
Prevention of Resale Accounts
We may restrict or terminate access to our services for accounts suspected of engaging in commercial reselling or being linked to reseller profiles. This may include banning the account from making future purchases or limiting the quantity of products that can be purchased.
